The mission of any educational institution is to transform the society into knowledge society. It tries to remove illiteracy, upgrading the educational system of various levels for providing employable education. Our institution Palus Shikshan Prasarak Mandal was established in 1958 with the motto “Tamaso Ma Jyotirgamaya”.
With the motto, the institution tries to remove the general backwardness of the area and inculcate the moral values. The college has been established in 1992 to provide the opportunity of higher education especially for women, to faster overall personality development of the student and to enrich community and social development through infrastructural facilities and various activities of the institution.
Today, I am very happy to see the sense of values and civil responsibilities are being nurtured in student by various innovative activities by the College. To the young generation of the rural area, the college is successfully not only carrying out the task of disseminating higher education, but providing a platform to face the emerging challenges of the competitive world.
